Scheduling & recurring visits

Book once, or two or three times a summer at a discount. We’ll work with your schedule.

Do I need to be home?

No. Quotes are an exterior walk-around. For cleaning, we’ll agree on access beforehand, including permission and entry arrangements for any interior work.

Can you clean the same day?

Only when crew availability and any applicable cancellation timing allow. We’ll confirm before scheduling.

Can I arrange regular cleanings?

Yes. Two visits receive 10% off eligible glass and height charges on both visits; three receive 15% on all three, starting with the first. Each visit has a $175 glass/height minimum after the discount, before specialty add-ons and applicable tax. Specialty add-ons are not discounted. Dates and early-ending terms are agreed in writing. No automatic renewal; stored-card charges require separate consent.

What if a spot was missed?

Report missed areas or cleaning-related streaks within seven calendar days for inspection and a no-charge re-clean within the approved scope. New dirt or weather residue is outside this policy.

I’m Troy. I started What Window? to help pay my way through St. Thomas and give other young people a place to learn, work hard, and grow.

We’re building our reputation one home at a time.

A little more of Troy’s story

I grew up in Minnesota and spent all of high school in Costa Rica with my family. Living there gave me a different perspective on people, work, and community. Back in Minnesota for college, I wanted to bring those lessons into something of my own.

What Window? is a place for my friends, family, and other college students to develop a strong work ethic, communication skills, confidence, and responsibility. My goal is to help each person build the character to pursue whatever comes next.

We come from different backgrounds, but we share a commitment to working hard, learning, and building something we’re proud of. We plan to earn our reputation one home, one customer, and one great job at a time.
